Excellence

An award winning agency, Grindstone Graphics received two Mitchell A. Wilder Awards for excellence in publication and media design - one for a brochure and the other for development campaign materials. The Mitchell A. Wilder Awards were awarded by the Texas Association of Museums in April of 1997. Materials were created for the Museum of the Horse (now the Hubbard Museum of the American West), as well as a Bronze Award in the Adrian Advertising Competition presented by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International for an informational piece done for the Ruidoso Convention Center.

Involvement

Grindstone Graphics & Marketing Services, Inc. is a member of the Tourism Association of New Mexico and the Public Relations Society of America. Laura Doth also served on the Tourism Task Force, organized by the New Mexico Department of Tourism to formulate a pro-active plan for tourism in New Mexico following the terrorist attacks on September 11, and currently serves on the New Mexico Tourism Department’s Research Committee. Grindstone Graphics is also a long time member of the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce and has served on many boards and committees.
